Our Mission

Stratford Manor is a full service nursing home and rehabilitation facility offering short term rehabilitation, sub-acute care, long term care with skilled nursing, respite care and hospice.  Our facility offers all of the comforts of home combined with skilled care for every individual’s needs. Whether the patient stays for a short term or plans to make Stratford Manor their new home, our staff will develop a program suited to the needs of each individual.

As a family owned and operated facility, our goal is to provide exceptional rehabilitation services and skilled nursing care in a nurturing, home-like living environment.   Our newly renovated building gives patients, residents and visitors alike a warm, comfortable, homey feeling.  The one level facility allows easy access to every area of Stratford Manor.

Long Term Care

Stratford Manors offers long-term care and skilled nursing services to meet the physical and emotional needs of individuals with chronic illnesses and disabilities or who can no longer care for themselves.

Rehabilitative Care

Stratford Manor’s primary focus is on helping patients recover and achieve independence while preserving the patient’s dignity.


Whether recovering from surgery, coping with chronic illness, or recovering from an injury, our dedicated team of doctors, therapists, nurses and other health care professionals will work together with the patient and his or her family to design a goal-oriented plan of care for each patient.  This plan will help the patient achieve the maximum outcome and return to the most independent living environment as quickly as possible.

While at Stratford Manor, residents receive the medical care they require, the therapies they depend upon to regain their independence, and the emotional support that they and their families deserve.  Physical therapy is offered 7 days a week to accelerate recovery times.   There is an RN on premises 24 hours a day, a medical physician on call, and a dedicated staff trained to provide outstanding care 24/7.
